Seems like a fun champion to play

Q-so does he go through them as well damaging them? Or does he push them back and off to the sides?

W- looks good to me

E- slowness seem high, also since he has 2 slows, you should probably lower it. Cause he can use his e to slow an enemy down, and once they regain their speed he can use his e to slow them down again

R- looks good

Um... E slow is only for one second and is dependent on if the other person uses a spell in your direction or not.
