So, with the new S3 changes, PD only gives 5%, Statticks give 6%, and Zephyr gives 10%, but doesn't build out of Zeal. Which one would be the best for playing ARAZ(or ARAS if Statticks?)? Zephyr has the highest late MS, but Stattick is better mid and PD stacks with itself... Or, you could do one where you can build Zeal and all of its upgrades?

Another item that gives quite a bit movement speed is the Hextech Sweeper (10%) but that doesn't really fit the hectic, squish fest.

Does having more than one Shiv make it the effect stack more quickly?

MS5 w alacrity or furor, shiv, zephyr, iceborn, zeal items.

we should still play the araz, but the 6th zeal could be replaced by boots of swiftness with captain buff... but then it wouldn't be araz anymore..

there never was swiftness or 6 zeals, it was always Ghost/Revive, Boots of Mobility, then 5 zeals upgraded to 5 phantom dancers then elixirs
