[Game Client] Sejuani and Nami's ult bug

When each Champion die and activate ultimate the skill at the same time. Skill doesn't activate, but it shows the cool time of the ultimate. That situations happened 3 times in a row when I played Nami. So does Sejuani. I hope this bug could fix as soon as possible.

Yes I also want to report this bug (Sejuani Ult goes on cooldown but no effect when cast immediately before death)
