If it seems to happen a lot best to send a support ticket. I have never had a problem like this.
Maybe if someone with a similar issue reads this they might be able to help but if not always best to contact support.
Or there could be a problem with your connection or firewall denying access, might check that too if it's a network issue.
Hope you get this issue fixed
