I assume you're talking about IP/minute which I honestly don't know.

IP/game, however, is ranked Summoner's Rift for a 65+ minute game (I think...the wikia has been wrong before apparently)

playing vs bots can easily be a 10 minute game, but the reward is mostly a pitiful 40-80 IP (not too sure, but i know the IP is awful)
