xin zhao needs a BIG nerf

Please explain how a lvl 1 Xin Zhao could crit 3 times in 3 seconds at level 1.

What starting item would one get to crit 3 times in 3 seconds at level 1 with ANY champ?

Even Ashe and Tryndamere couldn't pull that **** off.

Xin Zhao needs a nerf, he doesnt even need to spec armor to wipe you out. Really all he needs is an armor drop, so he needs to buy armor during the game and cant just run all dmg then take over. Or a longer cd on his abilities, mainly the stunning ones, or a shorter stun duration.

Ive fought many xins, sure a lot we own due to excessive anit xin gameplay, but there always the equivalent of 3 regular champions regardless. No one champion should have that much influence in any game.
