How to do it:
1- Open Pvp.net
2- Resize the window (so its smaller)...make it as small as possible
3- Go check a profile
4- Click on "League" tab
5- Click on "More about the League System"
6- The window that ll apear ll still match the regular pvp.net size without it being resized

problems:
- you cant resize to make the screen bigger so you can close the "More about the league system"
- you cant do any action without closing that screen
- You can barelly hit the "X" box to close it(maybe in some resolutions this wont gonna be possible)

not a big bug...but still....

also...
the texts in the "More about the league" is missing a lot of letters....for exemple on the "What are emblems?"...but many others are still missing lots of characters
