I noticed that Nidalee's cougar skills all do 0 base damage on proving grounds, getting screenshots and about to test on SR.

Is it a bug?

It is bug and often happened but in fact the damage is no change

Okay just got more info on it, I have confirmed this and I'm fairly sure this is a bug.

It only happened when I played with someone else.

This bug has been here for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time. It doesn't happen just to proving grounds either.

i might as well say, i was playing aram and Caitlins ult was targetted at me, went through 3 of my allies, then hit me

It's a bug.It says it has no base dmg but it does dmg
