Regarding Shaco nerfs...

With PBE newest patch we can spot that some skills that give shaco his ganking power are being nerfed. In current gamestate where wards are so available at start of the game shaco is coming out as very powerfull ganker ( in soloq mostely ) Organized teams almost never use him. Reason why is simple, voice communication really helps in localizing shaco on map and making his ganks not effecitve, he doesnt do well in duels vs other junglers so its risky to gank when enemy jungler is nearby.
The reason why he is effective in soloq play is lack of communication and people that got jungle randomly and dont have experience vs shaco jungle. "Dedicated" junglers will never fear Shaco becasue they had their lesson in past and know how to deal with it.

Thus Riot balance team wants him to be less powerfull ganker. That change will not only make him not viable in competetive play, it will make him not viable at all. Becasue shaco is terrible farmer he is almost 100% gank reliant. If he does good as a ganker he can come out ahead BUT vs super farming junglers in later game you will find yourself underleveled almost ALWAYS. If something goes wrong you can almost count him out of the game.

Now, I'm not saing pls dont nerf his ganking skills. I'm saing, if you nerf his ganking skills give him a better farming possibility ( like maybe bit atak speed boost or something)

What do you guyz say?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. It is many peoples opinion that shaco is one of the most balanced champs as he can be shut down or carry.

I don't know if I'd call it balanced. He's more less harm than good at current. Really he is too weak as a champion alone to be considered balanced. He's a one trick cheese that can be shut down, not a champion.

I think the Shaco nerf is fine. The range nerf on his Q can be compensated for by buying Boots of Mobility instead of Berserker's Greaves and the loss of slow on E can be compensated for with BotRK or any item that builds from Phage. Shaco will still be powerful.

Well... Berserker Greeves are what gives him the ability to get some farm in by being able to get more procs off with his Wriggles, or the Madred's if he hasn't built the Wriggles yet. Range nerf on his Q is actually very, very harsh considering it's more of an escape or a way to initiate ganks, much like Rengar's ultimate, Eve's passive, Shyvanna's ulti, Xin's charge, Alistar's headbutt+knock up combo... The list really goes on. Nerfing any melee champion's gap closer is very, very harsh no matter how you look at it. As for the slow nerf, you CAN'T make up for it with a Phage or any of it's items since it's usually used to catch up to the target. With his Q's range nerfed, he actually will have issues staying on targets that have snares or decently ranged escapes like Corki and Ezreal.

Overall, they're nerfing Shaco's ability to stay on target. This is one of the worse nerfs any melee champion can ever take. Even Diana got an upgrade on her ultimate's range so she could stay on target and be able to match it up with her Q better and it has an 825 range which is a lot heftier than most melee's gap closers. Hopefully they'll at least take off the nerf to Shaco's Q since it really doesn't need a nerf. Shaco has enough issues as is in actual competitive play.

I think the blink nerf is entirely warranted(it lacks counterplay and has a massive escape radius). The other nerf is a little harsh that they made need to compensate for somehow.

Have they fixed his passive yet (e.g. backstabbing turrets and backstabbing people while standing in front of them)?

That doesn't fix the problem. You're now adding an additional item (Phage) to his build just to accomplish the same thing, all the while it is in his strongest point in the game. Now, he has to farm more to build a Phage; and therefore gank less. Shaco already falls off mid game and drops off the cliff late; and now you want to make him build a Phage early? Why pick him at all anymore, then? He will be outclassed by everyone.

True. It's even visible when he puffs in a bush. I think part of the problem is the cooldown on it. I was fighting a Shaco earlier and he used deceive twice in 4 seconds. That's ridiculous.
