i dodged a ranked game and i got 5 minutes penalty not 1 minute as stated in the help

Do u mean in champion-select?
I know when u dodge a ranked (from champion-select) u got 30minute off-queue. And second dodge (per day) = 60 minutes.

"What is the penalty for queue dodging in ranked now?

The first time a player queue dodges they will lose 1 League Point and be banned from matchmaking for 1 minutes."

Thats what they say in the in-game help about the new leagues. Well, it aint true. I dodged and got banned for 5 minutes. And yes by dodge i mean abandoning in champion selection phase.
