In response to the Player Choice January Sales Event two months ago, you announced the following, in order:

1) a Skin Super Sale on January 11
2) a Legacy skin sale before end January
3) likely comebacks for the rune page sale and extra bonus RP promotions "later in 2013."

Based on the order and wording of your announcements, it seemed the next extra RP promotion would occur after, or "later" than the end of January.

As I (and others?) have now "missed out" on a fair amount of RP, I thought I'd raise the point in the name of Accountability. (Ultimately can't complain, though: if I hadn't bought RP earlier, I would've really missed out--on the Augmented Singed sale!)
