Quick question- is IP doubled before or after IP boosts are applied?

I am guessing midnight California time (PST) ... so in about 8 1/2 hours

IP is doubled alongside the boosts. Not before or after.

Lets say you get 50 IP, the double event will add 50 IP and the Per Day boost will add 50 IP.
So it should triple your IP for each game. More if you get the Per Win Boost.

Though I remember reading that stacking boosts will be capped ... but I can't be sure at what point.

Riot can i get some help? Been trying to buy the $35 pack past 2 hours and geting nothing but error 105. Ive bought rp a couple of times in the past 2 months without any problem. My brother just bought the $35 pack yesterday on his account using the same payment method im using. I live in california. Hopefully i can get some help before this event is over.
