I just bought Draven on 1/16/13, I think I deserve a refund. Can someone tell me what to do, I wasted all my refunds on Character's i don't like.

i swear whenever i buy a skin it goes on sale the next week. ive had dragonblade talon then it went onsale so i bought crimson elite because i feel as skins lose value when they go on sale. well, now crimson elite talon is on sale. fml.
