I main ADC, but I can also top and support well, and would be willing to change roles. I am available 6pm-12am weeknights, and occasional weekends. If you plan on doing a lot of important stuff on weekends then I might not be the best fit. Current ELO is 1300, though that is with only 12 ranked games this season. I believe I can play at the 1600 range, especially with a team I mesh with.
ADC: Draven, Caitlyn, KogMaw
I like to be a bully in lane, and I like a support that will either zone hard or go balls deep for kills. Passive supports are the worst.
Top: Garen, Wukong, Irelia, Jayce, Nasus
I used to main top, then switched to ADC. In top, I love to farm for as long as I can before joining the team and winning. Basically, see Nasus.
Support: Sona, Nunu, Lux
This is my most recent role, but I've carried a third of my ranked games as Sona so far. Though I don't have as much experience in this role, I know what I like in a support having played so much ADC, and so I feel I have a head start.
Other info: I am 23 and live in NY. I have a full time 9-5 job, so I will not be available in the day. I've used ventrilo for a long time, and it is my go to VoIP. Map awareness is good and getting better thanks to playing so much support recently. Having watched a lot of high ELO streams, I have a good game sense about when to get certain objectives, when to fight, when to poke, when to back.
