I wish Riot would have the balls to officially state what is acceptable and unacceptable in ranked play. This encompasses everything from social interactions to game play styles to item choice based on champion selection, warding obligations, jungling obligations and adherence or ignorance of the metagame.

I wish for an additional skin added to the older champs like udyr and trundle. what i really wish for though is for a nocturne legendary skin

I wish for riot to implement a voice chat system in ranked games like dota and HoN have so that they would be more organized and maybe just maybe, ranked games wouldnt be so bad
