The answer is obviously to wish for a job at Riot so you can unlock everything in game.

I wish they would have a health attack speed item that wasn't Trinity force.

I'd love to get a Nidalee sweatshirt (or t-shirt). Maybe have human form on one side and cougar on the other.

In general I'd love to see a wider range of LoL items.

My first and only wish will be. To get an Aleinware Computer.

I would wish for Garen's Ult to be similar to Darius' Ult..... not by being refreshed on kill but by dealing true damage... because you have all this AD coming from Garen and then his ult does magic damage.... and I'm sitting here thinking, "What in the world is going on here?"
