I believe RiotjeffJew said that it would be out in a week so it may be possible that there will be other limited edition skins.

Pretty sure Surgeon Shen is soon if not next week, I think the in game model was included in the Swain patch

Teemo has a new skin upcomming and Gangplank. The art is already ingame so it'll be added before the next patch.

Not always true. They may not want to make the Teemo skin limited, or to detract from the harrowing event by another big release

Perhaps. They both seemed to be appropiate for Halloween so I figured they'd be released soon.

i cant really see myself paying money for a champ skin to look like his normal self... only not as cool as his normal self imo....
