RP Card not giving me the rp

i bought an RP card the other day. And i typed in the code and watched it load. Then my RP didn't change. The rp is the same as before. so i reloged and typed the code again but it said '4003:Card is redeemed'. So what do i do.

Dont worry i reloged again and it magically said the card worked so dont worry
