I was just wondering if you could fix the matchmaking system. All of my losses are because of this :c I don't want to end up in bronze and stuck in the cycle of losses, I'm not sure, but I think the referral to ELO hell is this.

I don't mind getting trolled after I get placed, but during assessment yes.

I feel for you man. I'm in the middle of my placement too and had a guy who went in to the match with a champion he had never played before. Some people just don't understand the point of ranked I guess.
