A burrowing champion would be cool, similar to Zerg from Starcraft.

Could be mobile (like Twitch) or immobile (like Teemo). I suppose there wouldn't be much of a difference between that and stealth, except maybe the fact that they can't become hit by spells (like Vlad pool)?

I imagine this would work best on an assassin champion.

How about a Solari cleric who gets access to "sunspots" as a short-medium cooldown ult?

the radius gives vision a little bigger than teemo shrooms and would probably do a bit of damage over time to people who walk in it.

and this is a support concept.
