I just tried to log in after being disconnected from a game and it says i have been suspended until tomorrow. I have 10 hours left on IP booster and this is ridiculous. I have never had this happen in any game ever and I already regret spending a dime on this one. Is there something that can be done here? WHy should I be out money for losing my internet connection?

Bans don't happen after one incident, they are for repeat offenders. Perhaps you will learn something from this.

check your email for a reform card. It will tell you why you were banned.
