i am from egypt and in the past 5 month i been suffering from a bad ping issue up to 500-600 during the day ,

until i finally made up my mind and want to transfer to the appropriate server for me

Hope you appreciate that am a LOL active player and i cant play at all in NA anymore , when i play at euro east ping drops to 40-50

i have loads of RP purchased skins and champs , i cant start from scratch
