So I open up league, hit the play button then nothing happens after that. Do I reinstall?

My game wont start after pressing play, even after doing all i was told. I ran it as admin, nothing happens. I ve uninstalled it (completely, following the "full unistall" steps suggested), and reinstalled twice already and im still having the same issue. Its not my firewall or antivirus, ive checked that too.
