Want to buy a 3150 champ, and have over 3700... but says I am less than 100 short of being able to buy... please help fix this issue and thank you

this problem is happening with everyone, if you did not have enough IP before patch you won;t be able to buy until riot fixes this issue, just be patient, play some more games get more ip, until then there is nothing we can do with the store!

P.S. having the same problem.
