anyone playing singed should try this just get the homeguard enchant to ur boots then teleport to a minion while ur still on ur fountain u'll get the full buff and be running fast as hell for the few seconds.

Scary as hell with a Rammus gank. He just comes flying out of those bushes with like 1,200 movement speed and taunts your ass.
