Also, his W gives little damage (much less the Q). If he is maxing W you won't kill him, but he won't kill you either...
It also costs 100 Mana to cast. Kha'zix has one of the smallest Mana Pools in the game, so if he is maxing W not only is he doing little damage but he's gonna run himself dry ridiculously fast if he spams it. And if he doesn't spam it... problem solved?
