I think the golden rule is 2 weeks without food, 2 days without water, 2 minutes without air and a week without a poop.

I'm a 30 year old man, and am irregular as hell.This is not impressive.Also, our regularity is one of the reasons people hate America. In other countries, they only get enough to eat, and their bodies use enough of what they eat that they only have to poop every 3 days or so.

Let us know how many courics it is when you're finished.
