just what I did when this hit me when I was younger:

1) get a job/part time job/whatever that gives you income in legit way
2) buy handheld. PSP, or even better, DS

(here I will make updadet version, as it was years ago)

3) get flash card
4) find Pokemon, late gen 4 and all gen 5
5) mod it with Drayano hacks for better difficulty curve and ability catch all 649 Pokemon and most before E4
6) Parents ***** that you play after midnight? Well sorry You earned money for this so they can gtfo. This is how it works kid

wait till you live under your own roof with your own rules... and have kids who would rather stay up late playing video games than be alert for school the next morning.
