Those little huts in the background block the camera's view bot lane from some angles. As far as I can see, they're just background, so there's little reason for this. A view showing them blocking most of the lower bush bot lane is attached.
This is especially annoying if there's something like a Caitlyn trap down there that you miss due to this.
