If Master Yi's Meditate doesn't keep him alive in teamfights, it needs to be remade.

What then?

AP Yi has always been a high risk high reward playstyle that requires snowballing, timing and positioning to work. He has plenty of counterplay. So yes, there is denying it was too effective.
Plenty of counter play. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Nerf it so you don't use it in the middle of teamfights but outside of it.

And the only thing the nerf does is that it doesn't heal you for 5 times your maximum health

I actually think he is underestimated in the jungle, and play him there frequently.

That said, I view Bildgewater Cutlass is a core item on him in the jungle, and I haven't seen anyone else rush it.

This game has a lot of meta sheep.

Its off-topic, but I actually like how old champions had real build variety.

I'd personally rather not see AP Yi die.

Drastically changed? Riot's decisions seem to mandate it, but I don't want AP Yi to completely die.

This isn't a thread about buffing or nerfing Yi, its about his design.

If his Meditate is toxic when it heals on an useful level, it needs to be redesigned.

In a team-fight, Yi needs his Alpha Strike to engage, and it doesn't pop projectiles.

But yeah, Yi has a gap closer.
