Karthus ult is sort of targeted...it only hits enemy camps that are alive....doesn't affect creep.

This would increase the amount of rage in the community exponentially. The first accidental teamkill would be followed by "OMFG NOOB GO DIE" and a game-long vendetta that would destroy the entire team.

Only for custom matches, and only if the owner can set the damage % taken from allies. Imagine the free-for-all at mid XD
