The justice cards or whatever are only sent if you are banned through the tribunal. Just by this guys attitude, he doesn't seem like a guy that would lie about it. A liar would be whining, but he's just confused and wondering why.

Not to mention if u spent $500-700 they perma ban you cause of duo trolls who report and u did nothing wrong but premades report cause there trolling. And get perma ban. So i spent about $500-700 on this game and get perma, but Hotshotgg rages and trolls in game and on his stream. Riot doesnt ban him at all.

The league is full of very toxic ppl- if i count out the kids who cry "ks noob- all report" there are still sooo many flamers who cant hold on theirselves if something isnt going well. Im sure there arent too many bans- more the opposite seems to be true if i look at ingame behaviour...
Well first I am not his 2nd account if you think that
and 2nd i dont know him in person i watch his stream and play with him so you can use that logic if you must but if you decide to think that this is his so called 2nd account look at his old states on his account that got banned and my stats no realation at all
