is it really that hard to add 10% to a few stats on the clearly underpowered champs out there? Why cant this be done every patch? if you go too far, reduce it back 10% next patch.

If there was a champ with no abilities and double the base stats of everyone else, he'd be OP, so don't tell me champs can't be fixed by tweaking a few numbers.

Corki is not underpowered. Expecially with the new BC in preS3.
Karma is getting a rework, wait.
Warwick has great tanking/sustainability.
Heim, has a strong early game, also is great paired with a WW in the jungle.
Sion - Raging Kid Skill and Long stun
Trynd - Man for 5 secs

I believe Warwick is one of the best top laners in the game sustain wise. His ability with his ulti to also set up ganks is great.

Sion is if not, OP. His E passive gives him free permanent hp and it also gives him tons of AD already.
Build him Attack Speed and Life Steal and you win game.

Riot does not make random buffs and nerfs. Sometime they make aweful decision, but they seem to be tought out.
