im pretty sure i read somewhere ( i think @riotmorello on twitter) that riot was slowing champ releases in favor of getting reworks out

and i am seeing tons of threads here and in GD about champion "x" getting a rework and all this and that, so far the most common seem to be xerath, sej, and annie, obv the annie rework is here, but is the rest hear-say? or did they release a list of champs? cause i thought sej and x are too new to be prioritized over champs like sion, trynd, and ryze

and someone said darius rework, but i know hes just blowing smoke

If this list is real, then it is very messed up indeed.

Victor being one of the last champs to need an updated.

Poppy needs an update, so that's allright.

But if this list is real, then Riot NEED to make Shyvana another name on it, because she needs an updated too.
