I am looking for Masteries and Runes to take, along with items, that are geared more towards a Support Thresh. I plan on playing his as my main support and I have no clue what to give him, or what direction (masteries and runes) to give him.

I use 0/13/17 for masteries, taking the typical tank stuff. For runes I run Armor marks and seals, mr/lvl glyphs, and gp10 quints. Item wise you probably want an early sightstone or philo stone, you will get both, but on your first back you probably will only have gold for 1. At some point try to pick up: Locket of the Iron Solari, Shurelyia's, Ruby Sightstone, and Runic Bulwark.
