Jungle shaco is probably my best role, I'm from the UK but play on NA server just out of habbit.

Got skype. Currently drowning at around 900 elo and getting a sick score every game but still losing a lot due to feeders afks etc. Anyone who's interested in playing or wanting me on their team add me in game or leave me a post here!

If you play Jungle Shaco you should get your laners fed, not yourself. Shaco is useless late game. Work on getting your laners kills rather than yourself.

When you apply for a team you dont apply with 1 champion but instead will just drag people down unless you are versatile and can play quite a few for your role.

You also don't typically apply for teams when you are 900 elo and blaming others for your losses. If you are a worthwhile player the law of averages would bring you to a higher bracket.
