When using his Q you can't see his hands

Hey Theme, did you experience that in one or more games? Can you upload the r3d logs from the game where you experienced this?

I also witnessed this. It was in an ABAM with a blitz on both teams(both showed this, and other people in the game also mentioned the bug). They also were both using the standard skin rather than legendary. Hands are visible before Q is used but then they disappear, leaving only the arm part.

Scroll down to In-Game r3d Logs. Don't use the directory listed there, it's listed for your live LoL client, instead use the directory that houses your PBE client. Also make sure to note the date and time you played the game, and if you peek inside your r3d log you can find which hero you summoned that game to double-check whether or not it is the game you experienced the bug.

Blitz has a legendary skin? If he does why cant I see it in the shop on pbe?

Not only with skins... and sometimes when we can't see his hand, the grab doesn't work too... (rarely)
After today changes, i guess it's fixed and will try later
