do u mean publish your replays so others can view them or just view them urself?

make sure when u start LoL u run the lolreplay program. it will automatically record ur games then

to view ur own, open lolreplay and hit my replays at top, just double click to rewatch it (i like the spectator version best, u can make it record in that mode under the options in top right)

to publish, right click the replay and hit upload (however, site has been down for me the last few days, so idk)
