I just happened to think that making a ''Cash Mad Singed'' could be very funny. ¸
He would wear a business suit and wear some weird glasses with $$ on it.

He would be carrying a bag full of money on his back and his Q would leave a trail or flying bucks(paper).
His Sticky Goo could be a pond on pennies where enemies would 'slip' (slow).
His other skills would stay pretty much the same :P
It's just a random idea, but i think it can actually be very good so please consider it!
