I still like my idea that it would be fun if turrets deal dmg to more then 1 champ at a time, and perhaps dmg to all enemy champs under it

I don't know a certain solution but ALL of your ideas seem great (except the hp regen one, that would unbalance the sustain) and all of your ideas are certainly better than the current game...

They're essentially objectives after a certain point of the game. It'd be nice if we had a free fortify and a way to deny the enemy gold and exp,but that ain't happening any time soon.
