Granted, I know my internet is not the bee's knees due to me being connected wirelessly across my apartment, but I feel that if it shows me with 80 ping then I should at least be able to react in real-time(somewhat).
At one point, my spells were grayed out and I couldn't use them but yet I was able to auto attack and moved in real-time.
This is getting on my nerves, Riot.
