I forgot Gazzi too. But honestly I can't think of anyone for Harley but Catch. It's just not right to put anyone on that one but him. He perfectly fits the blind adoration of someone with similar ideals personality.
The 2nd Ventriloquist is female but I don't know much about her. So I don't know who would fit her. But yea, there's more girls that need to get placed. A lot of OTers in general need to get placed, like Memory or poe tay toes.
There's some thugs/crime bosses with names I didn't mention but I honestly don't know all their names or personalities. I know Falcone and Maroni but there's others that are even farther below them.
