Q heals too much health and gives him OP lane sustain. His W is OK I guess. His E has WAY too short of a cooldown though. He can spam iceballs all day when he gets it maxed and his overall scaling is a bit too high. Nunu has a fair ult but he still snowballs hard and is way too tanky at lower levels.

You know? The only place I ever see Nunu as being useful is the jungle. People say he's a good support, but I don't believe it. He's really ignorable.

He spams snowballs and gives asp to his carry. He also sustains well and has a 600 dmg ulti at level 6.

He spams weak snowballs against my sustain, has an easily interrupted ult, but does give AS. Of course, AS is borderline useless in lane compared to a REAL support who can give far more useful AD, shields, heals, stuns, pulls, or whatever else.

He doesn't have a rune page with AP. Congratulations, you can't deal with a no AP support Nunu? Where did you go? Your team didn't have a support, so who went bot?

Nunu support is because he really forces the lane in the favor of his partner. Snowballs might not do much damage while building support but the fact that you can increase the AS of your ally by 65% and decrease the AS of the enemy by 45% with just the snowball and even more with your ult it gives your AD the huge advantage in lane. His presence is the threat.
