As title says, dragon is affected by cc. We tested some of the champions that have cc.
These are the ones who we tried and do not work: Darius, Jayce, Naut, Blitz (q), Singed, Shyv, Syndra (w), Lee Sin, Thresh, Riven, Janna, Anivia.
The ones who do work and have attached screenshots are: Alistar, Diana, Draven, Gragas, Syndra (e), Tristana, Vayne, Volibear.

We haven't tested all of the champions with displacement spells.
