Description: I was in a game as Rumble in the Jungle, got my E first and went to top lane in a custom game full of bots. Minions spawn and the enemy bots show up, i fire my E and it goes right through them, doing no damage. I know that i hit them, because the harpoon goes straight through there ingame model.

Repro steps:

1. Pick Rumble in champion select, in a custom game full of bots.
2. Pick his rumble in the jungle skin
3. Get into game
4. Pick Boots and 3 pots
5. Go to top lane
6. Level his E
7. Fire his E at an enemy champion, or minion
8. Watch it go straight through an enemy champion or minion

Thanks for the report Siax! This is a known issue, but thank you for confirming! Should be fixed in the next build/before things hit live.
