I absolutely LOVE Soraka.

I love her as Support and I love her as AP Mid (Which I call Pwnraka)

Max Q first, E Second avoid getting W as long as you can; I start with 1x Faerie Charm and potions; dominate any mid lane there is. you cs with Q and poke with Q; I hold off using my E as long as possible because it "nulls" their senses to that extra burst, which usually plays them into your hand.

Late game are you the most effective AP? NO! but! You've shut down their AP; prevented roam and eliminated towers. You can then take a support role late and poke down; silence; heal and assist others.
