Description: When hitting an enemy with your E, the very first debuff to appear says: "Maokai holds his shield arm up, improving his Armor."
Repro Steps:
1. Play Thresh / against Thresh.
2. Hit someone with your E. / Get hit by his E.
3. If you look at it fast enough, the debuff will say the above.
