I mean if you're going to say that, shouldn't you end at least ONE game positive? Your best is game one, and that's not even positive, that's barely breaking even if we count assists.

Well a couple games you were fine. The others....ummm not so much. Being bad isn't punishable...or isn't supposed to be. But the other stufff. Deserved.

OP, you account was permabanned. The only ones that can remove the permaban is Riot. You would have to open a Support Ticket and appeal your case but be forwarned that the chances of your appeal getting approved is extremely low.

Got unbanned, riot said they will give me a chance so thanks for your feedbacks

Don't call your jungler bad, that's the main thing to work at. You can say "annoying"; that's a much more valid statement. "This jungler so annoying, never ganking top." It might be reportable in excess, but you can't go harping on someone constantly.
