I see the paths that I must take
Undirected in their form
Some detoured, by my mistake;
My road unceasingly transforms.

In moments between dusk and dawn
The moon floats in a sea of clouds.
By math, its route is already drawn
With no deviation ever allowed.

At night I look at stars no more
Too obscured by clouds between.
The heavens exist to be explored
And I am welcomed by those unseen.

In dreams I travel routes long blocked:
Lack of travelers causes disarray;
To see those ends, turn back the clock
And mourn what my third eye portrays.

By day my route passes you, so near
Visioning things that would have been
But truthful prophecies disappear,
I’m left to dream what could have been.

I see the paths I’ve yet to take
And lovers who still come along;
In my dreams, I stay awake
To see the places I belong.

I wish i were floating above
the ground, the city never sleeps

Leaves dance with the wind--

No one asked for this:

like you said you know nothing about me, nor do you know of my life, or my weariness with it, or my inner struggles, there is virtually nothing more insulting than being told my state of mind is a lie. there is virtually no point -- no point -- to anything, how those of lesser ability and intellect find reason to live everyday is beyond me but i no longer have patience to discover the reasons

I won't try to convince you about a damn thing, because I really do know little about you.

But from my perspective, death can be a really nice thing. It's comfortable and relaxing. But the main thing about it is how truly inevitable it is. It is for this reason that suicide doesn't seem a great route. Until one has experienced all things that life has to offer, I don't think he should make the decision to give it up.

I decided that if I were to ever truly contemplate suicide, I would first sell all of my worldly possessions and travel the world, free from any attachment. There are many places one can go, and perhaps somewhere else happiness can be found. You'll die no matter what, and I'm guessing death lasts a pretty long time, so even if life sucks I see it as worth living to its natural demise.

The reason you live life everyday is to experience this one reality you've been given to the maximum you want to.

My goals in life are to impact the world around me the most I can in a positive way, and enjoy life as much as I can. That's it. Take this humanity by the balls, master it, dominate it, enjoy it.

I will say at minimum you haven't experienced all the extremely enjoyable drugs and other highs there are in this life to be found, and they definitely should be on every humans' list of accomplishments before they die.
