I was playing ARAM and saw a pair of Blitz+Thresh doing something, Blitz stepped on thresh lantern, then proceeded to rocket grab, when he grabbed he used the lantern to transport himself and his target to thresh leaving the target at the middle of the other team.

I tried this myself with a friend in a bots match, and yes I could transport people with the lantern

How to reproduce: The blitz player steps on the lantern without activating it, he proceeds to rocket grab and just before he grabs he clicks on the lantern to transport himself and his target to thresh.

I dont know if this is intended, but just wrote this to report it.
